Two
bodies of masses 40 kg and 80 kg are at a distance of 0.15 m apart. The force of Gravitation between them is 10 N. Calculate the gravitational constant G.

M2= 80kg


F= 10N


Distance = R= 0.15


Solution :-

F=Gmm/R^2

FR^2/mm =G

G= 10 × 0.15×0.15/40×80


G=0.255/3200

G= 0.0000703


G= 7.03 ×10^_5 Nm^2/kg^2

I got the answer as 7.03*10^-5,but the actual value of G is 6.67*10^-11.
