Explanation:

Given:-

Two bodies of masses 4kg and 5 kg are acted upon by the same force. If the acceleration of lighter body is 2m/s².

which means:

Mass Of Lighter Body= 4kg

Acceleration of Lighter Body= 2m/s²

Mass Of Heavier Body= 5kg

To Find:-

the acceleration of the heavier body.

Solution:-

Force On lighter Body= mass \times accelerationmass×acceleration

f = 4kg \times 2m {s}^{ - 2}f=4kg×2ms

= > f = 8N=>f=8N

We Know that the Same Force acting upon the Both body

\therefore \: force \: on \: lighter \: body = force \: on \: heavier \: body∴forceonlighterbody=forceonheavierbody

= > 8N = 5 \times \: acceleration=>8N=5×acceleration

\therefore \: acceleration = \frac{8}{5} m {s}^{ - 2} = 1.6m {s}^{ - 2}∴acceleration=

Solution:-

Force \: On \: l ighter \: Body= mass \times acceleration</p><p>

f = 4kg \times 2m {s}^{ - 2}

= &gt; f = 8N

We Know that the Same Force acting upon the Both body

\therefore \: force \: on \: lighter \: body = force \: on \: heavier \: body
