Two bodies of masses M1 and M2 are initially at rest and their centres are R distance apart. If thet move directly towards one another under the influence of their mutual gravitational attraction then the ratio of initial acceleration of M1 to initial acceleration of M2 would be???

according to newtons second law of motion stronger the mass stronger force for same acceleration so by this is applied to the question then

1. if M1 >M2 then intial acceleration of M1 IS GREATER

2. if M1 < M2 then intial acceleration of M2 IS GREATER

when they collide velocity  change so cceleration also change .

INTIAL ACCELRATION OF           :                 INTIAL ACCELERATION OF

                   M1                                                                  M2

              V1                                     :                                   V2

  TIME IS SAME
