here, given in the question that

Two bodies of masses M1 and M2 are separated by certain distance and F12 bar is the force on M1 due to M2 and F21 bar is the force on M2 due to M1.

let, G be the gravitational universal constant.

R be the separation between M1 and M2.

now, from low of gravitation

F12 = GM1M2/R^2   (towards M2)    ------1

and

F21 = GM1M2/R^2   (towards M1)   -------2

from equation 1 and 2 we get

F12 = F21

therefore, F12 bar is the force on M1 due to M2 and F21 bar is the force on M2 due to M1 are same but opposite to each other.
