gravitational potential energy= mgh
gravitational potential energy of object at h height=mgh
gravitational potential energy of object at 2h height=mg*2h
Now,
ratio of potential energies=
mgh=2 mgh
h=2h
Hence,
The Ratio will be of 1/2
