Find The Kinetic Energy of First body

K1= 1/2 m(20)²=400m

The Kinetic energy of Second body

K2=1/2m(40)²=1600m

[ Here K1=K2=K ]

1/2 m1(400)=(1/2)m2(1600)

200m1=800m2

m1/m2  =  800/200

m1:m2= 4:1

Ratio of their mass is 4:1

Mass=M2

Velocity =40m/s

According to Question,

1/2M1V² ÷1/2M2V²=1/1 { As the ratio is equal they will cut eachother and the result will be 1}

M1×20×20÷M2×40×40=1

M1×400÷M2×1600=1/1

M1÷M2×4=1/1 ( Take 4 to right handside)
