s = ut + 1/2 a t^2

h = 0 + 1/2 g t^2 as initial velocity is zero

h = 1/2 g t^2

as both bodies reach simultaneously time [t] is same

so, h is directly proportional to g

so, the ratio of heights from which they are dropped is hA : hB = gA : gB

it does not depend on masses since If air resistance is proportional to mass of the body, then acceleration due to it will be independent of mass and hence the two bodies will reach ground simultaneously.
