Ratio of (1) & (2) is 1:1 ie they are equal
=> 4x/7 + 2y/5 = 3x/7 + 3y/5
=> 4x/7 - 3x/7 = 3y/5 - 2y/5
=> x/7 = y/5
=> x/y = 7/5
