Answer:
The tyre which has been used and old is more likely to skid. A new tyre's surface is made in such a way that there is sufficient friction between tyre and the road. As the tyre is used, wear and tear happens in the tyre and the surface of tyre smoothens thereby reducing friction between tyre and road.

Answer:
2 boys are riding their bicycles on same concrete road one has , : The tyres which are old and used are likely to skid. Because the new tyres are made in such way that there is friction between tyre and road. But in old and used tyre the surface might become smooth due to wear and tear and hence the friction between the tyre and road will be reduced with more chance of skidded .
