Let total no. of oranges be x
A.T.Q
No. of oranges with 1st person = 56/100x
No. of oranges with 2nd person = 44/100x
56/100x + 44/100x = 100
( 56x + 44x )/100 = 100
100x / 100 = 100
x = 100
Therefore; the total no. of oranges are 100
No. of oranges with 1st boy = 56
No. of oranges with 2nd boy = 44
