Answer:

HOPE YOU wiLL UNDERSTAND IT

Step-by-step explanation:

Ratio of no. of magazines they sold = 30:50

                                                         i.e. 3:5

therefore,

the profit ratio for each will be also 3:5

therefore

3x+5x = 400

8x = 400

x = 400/8

x = 50

therefore,

1st boy will get 3x i.e. 3*50 = 150rs

2nd boy will get 5x i.e. 5*50 = 250rs

|| ✰✰ ANSWER ✰✰ ||

Given , that, They sells 30 and 50 books Each, and profit is shared between them in in a ratio equal to number of magazines they sell.

So, we can say That,

Ratio of Their Profit = 30 : 50 = 3 : 5.

Let us assume That , Their Ratio of Profit is 3x and 5x.

Now, Given That, Total Profit is Rs.400.

So,

3x + 5x = 400

→ 8x = 400

Dividing both sides by 8, we get

x = 50 .

So,

share of First boy = 3x = 3*50 = Rs.150 (Ans).

Share of 2nd boy = 5x = 5*50 = Rs.250 (Ans.) .
