Two brands A and B, of a product are available in packs of 48 items and 30 items respectively. If a man needs to buy an equal number of items of each brand, what is the least number of boxes of each type of brands he should buy?

now find LCM of 48 and 30 by any method

LCM = 240

hence no. of boxes of brand A = 240/48 = 5

no. of boxes of brand B = 240/30 = 8
