is 31.752km is correct answer
we know that first brother who rode a bicycle take 5 minutes 50 seconds to reach the cinema hall at the speed of 25.2 km/h . in this line it is cleared that 5 minute 50 second is our time and 25.2 km/h is our speed. but that time is given in minute and speed in kilometre per hour first of all we have to change something there

time = 5min 50sec
= 350s

speed = 25.2 km/h
= 25.2 × 18/5
= 90.72 m/s
now,

distance = time × SPEED
= 350 × 90.72
= 31752 meter
now we convert it into kilometre
= 31752/1000
= 31.752 km
