   we know, resistance ( R ) = V / I  

                                    or I = V / R  ------2

substituting 2 in 1

we get,

              P =  $V^{2}$ / R

Here given,

220 voltage is same therefore we can take

              P is inversely propotional to R

hence bulb with lower power has greater resistance

therefore bulb with 60 w of power has higher resistance
