Formula to be used :
p = VI
= v^2/R
R = V^2/P
USING FORMULA FOR BOTH BULBS , WE GET
R1/R2 = V1^2/V2^2 * p2/P1
= 200^2/110^2* 20/40
= 2/1
R1 : R2 :: 2:1
