Answer:

we need to find the distance between each other before 1 second. So, d = 15 x 1 = 15 metres.

Answer:

Speed of first bus is 20 km/hr = 20 x 1000m/3600sec = 20 x 5/18 m/s = 100/18 m/s

Speed of the second bus is 34 km/hr = 34 x 5/18 m/s = 170/18 m/s

Now, we know that the two buses are approaching towards each other. So, we need to add their speeds.

==> (100/18 + 170/18)m/sec

==> 270/18 m/sec

==> 15 m/sec

Now, distance = speed x time.

Step-by-step explanation:

we need to find the distance between each other before 1 second. So, d = 15 x 1 = 15 metres. Remember !!
