Hey!
Speed of 1st bus=40km/hr
Speed of 2nd bus=50km/hr
Time=10-8=2hrs
Distance=speed×time
1st bus = 40×2=80km
2nd bus= 50×2=100km
So clearly the total distance is 100 km which is travelled by the second bus in 2hrs.
First bus needs 20 km more to reach the distance.
Speed = 40km/hr
1/2=40km/hr
=20km half an hour
=10:30 (adding 30 to 10)
The second bus will be 30 mins delayed.
