As per the question, the capacitors are connected in series.

It is given that  c_{1} =6\mu F

                         c_{2}=12\mu F

The supply voltage v = 180 volts.

The net capacitance of the circuit is calculated as -

                                  \frac{1}{c} =\frac{1}{c_{1}}+ \frac{1}{ c_{2}}

                                  c=\frac{c_{1} c_{2}} {c_{1} +c_{2}}

                                        =\frac{6\times 12}{6+12}\mu F

                                        =4\mu F

                                        =4\times 10^{-6}F

The charge flowing across the circuit is calculated as -

                                  charge\ q=cv

                                                     =\ 4\times 10^{-6}F\times 180\ volts

                                                     =72\times 10^{-5}C

We know that charge remains the same during series connection of capacitors.

Hence, the charge on each capacitor is 72\times 10^{-5}C
