Two capacitors of pacitance C and 3C are connected in series to a battery of emf E volt and internal resistance r ohm. A dielectric slab of dielectric constant K is inserted into the first capacitor. Find the ratio of electric charges on them and before and after the insertion of the dielectric slab.
