Given that,

Velocity of car A = 30 km/h

Velocity of car B = 30 km/h

We need to calculate the velocity of B relative to A

Using formula of relative velocity

v_{BA}=v_{B}-v_{A}

Where, v_{A} = velocity of car A

v_{B} = velocity of car B

Put the value into the formula

v_{BA}=30-30

v_{BA}=0

Hence, The velocity of B relative to A is zero.
