Hello Dear,

● Answer -

v'B = 30 m/s

◆ Explaination -

Initially, Relative velocity of car A w.r.t. car B is -

vBA = vB - vA

vBA = 15 - 10

vBA = 5 m/s

At the time when car A overatakes car B,

vBA = v'B - v'A

v'B = vBA + v'A

v'B = 5 + 25

v'B = 30 m/s

Therefore, velocity of B at instant of overtake is 30 m/s.

Thanks for asking. Hope I helped..

Explanation:

velocity = 0 m/s

speed = 10 m/s

She comes back to the initial point so displacement is 0 m.

and velocity = displacement / time = 0 / 40 = 0 m/s

and speed is total distance / time which is 400 / 40 = 10 m/s

c)speed 10m/s, velocity 0✔
