the relatio between time period T and omega ( angular speed) is T = 2pie/omega .as time period is same . therefore angular speed is same . and there ratio equal to 1

w1/w2= 2pi/t1÷2pi/t2
t is same for both cars
therefore.,
w1/w2=1
