Step-by-step explanation:

distance travelled by car heading East from the point of intersection be x

distance travelled by car heading south from the point of intersection be y

A. T. Q.

x+y =95 ... (i)

x=95-y ... (ii)

x=2y-38

95-y=2y-38 from (ii)

3y =133

y=44.33

x+44.33=95 from (i)

x=50.67
