two cells of emf 2v and 4v and internal resistance 1ohm and 2ohm are connected in parallel so as to send the current in the same direction through an external resistance of 10ohm . Find the potential difference across 10ohm resistor

potential difference V=I×R

=2+4×10

60V

Suppose we havve emf 1.5 V & 2 V (Two cells) and 1 ohm & 2 ohm internal resistance which are parallelly connected to pass current in the exact same direction via external 5 ohmresistance.

If we calculate the potential variance across 5Ω resistor, V= IR, The answer would be:

= (I_1+I_2 )  x 5

= 15/17 x 5

= 1.47 V
