According to coulumb's law

F=Q1×Q2/D^2.

Given: d=1cm=0.01m

Let the charges be Q1 and Q2

Therefore

force =Q1×Q2/0.01=Q1×Q2×100/1.

That implies force =Q1×Q2×100 Newtons.
