Using formula of electric force

F = \dfrac{kq_{1}q_{2}}{r^2}

k = constant

r = distance between the charges

Put the value into the formula

F=\dfrac{9\times10^{9}\times4\times10^{-6}\times4\times10^{-6}}{3^2}

F=0.016\ N

The acceleration of each particle is

Using newton's law

F = ma

a= \dfrac{F}{m}

a = \dfrac{0.016}{8\times10^{-3}}
