kinetic energy = 1/2 mv^2

v = u + at

u =0

so for the first case we have charge = 2q and mass = m

v = 2qet/m , as a = qe/ m

for v2 we have charge = q and mass = 2m

v2 = qet/ 2m

substituting the values of v in formula of K.E we get

ratio as 4:1
