Given info : Two charges each of value Q are placed at two vertex of an equilateral triangle of side l.

To find : the magnitude of electric field at centroid of triangle is...

solution : we know, distance between vertex and centroid of an equilateral triangle is a/√3 [ see figure ]

electric field due to A = E_A = kQ/(a/√3)² = 3kQ/a²

electric field due to B = E_B = kQ/(a/√3)² = 3kQ/a²

see figure, it is clear that angle between electric field due to A and B is 120°

so, net electric field = √{E² + E² + 2E.Ecos120°}

= E

= 3kQ/a²

Therefore the magnitude of electric field at centroid of triangle is 3kQ/a².
