The dipole field at an equitorial at distance r from the centre of dipole is given by

thus,

E = 2x 2.1x (10)^10

E=4.2x(10)^10 N/c

therefore dipole feild at axial point  and equitorial point  are 4.2A(10)^10 N/c and 2.1A(10)^10 N/c
