Yes they exert but as we know gravitational force is Gm1m2/r^2 there masses are really small(9.1 ×10^-31 for electron and 1.36×10^-27for proton in kg) so even if tou want to find gravitational force multiplyung them -31×(-27)+11(fromG)

It comes to be somwhere about -47 which is negligible or almost equal to zero

And yes gravitational force is the weakest force present in our nature
