Every particle in nature do exert gravitational force on each other but as u may know earth gravitational force is so high thus we are neglecting those smaller gravitational force of particle with those of earth.......

Yes they exert but as we know gravitational force is Gm1m2/r^2 there masses are really small(9.1 ×10^-31 for electron and 1.36×10^-27for proton in kg) so even if tou want to find gravitational force multiplyung them -31×(-27)+11(fromG)
It comes to be somwhere about -47 which is negligible or almost equal to zero
And yes gravitational force is the weakest force present in our nature
