In general, we can write the equation as follows: A+B-----> C+ D

By law of conservation of mass, the total mass of the reactants and the products should be equal.

So, mass of A + mass of B= mass of C + mass of D.

4 + 6= 3 + x

10= 3 +x

x= 7 grams

So, 7 grams of D are produced.
