Diameter not first circle = 39 m

Radius of first circle = 39/2

Circumference of first circle = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 39/2

= 22 × 39 /7

= 122.57 cm

Diameter of second circle = 45 m

Radius of second circle = 45/2

Circumference of second circle = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 45/2

= 22 × 45 /7

= 141.42 cm

Difference = 141.42 - 122.57

= 18.85 cm
