Ratio of Shaded: Unshaded = 2:1

Find the area of bigger circle (Total Area). Then find the sum of area of two smaller circles, which will be the unshaded part. Then subtract the Shaded area out of Total Area.

Divide the Shaded area by Unshaded area to find the ratio.
