Helli mate the length of the common chord is 6cm as u draw the figure, u will see that the common chord is the diameter of the 3cm circle !!

But the radius will be first multiplied 5*3 then it will be 15cm and the distance between the both will be measured with a addition that is 15+4= 19 cm. 19cm will be the answer.
