π(r1)²+π(r2)²=135. (1)
r1+r2=14
r1=14-r2
put this value in equation (1)
π(14-r2)²+π(r2)²=135
196+(r2)²-2*14*r2+(r2)²=135/π
2(r2)²-28r2+196=43
2(r2)²-28r2+153=0
D<0
no value of r2
therefore only one circle r1 = 14 cm exist
