IF THERE IS TWO COILS AND THEY ARE PLACED CLOSE TO EACH OTHER THEN,WHEN WE GIVE SOME CURRENT TO A COIL ACCORDING TO THE NATURE OF THE COIL IT WILL TRANSFER IT TO ANY OBJECT WHICH HAVE CONNECTION WITH THE COIL. ie ,WHY THE CURRENT PASSED TO COIL B

Yes, current will be induced in coil B. When the current in coil A is changed, the magnetic field around it changes. So, the changing magnetic field lines around coil B is induce a current in coil B.
