Two circular coils A and B are placed close to each other. If the current
in the coil A is changed, will some current be induced in the coil B? Give

Explanation:

As we are aware of electromagnetic induction, according to which changing of magnetic field will induce some current in coil. This induction can be made by motion of the coil or by changing the current.

In the question, we are given that current in coil A is changing and we are asked to find if current is inducing in coil B. As it is obvious that when current is increasing or decreasing in coil A, it will also result of variation of magnetic field lines in the coil A and the field lines of coil A which are associated with coil B will also change and according to the electromagnetic induction, changing of Magnetic field lines will induce current. Hence current will also induce in coil B.

The induced current in the coil can be noticed by the galvanometer which is attached in coil B.
