Two circular coils with same centre has been put in a space .If we flow current at external coil then magnetic field will generate & flux will pass through internal coil but if we flow current at internal coil there are no flux in external coil .Why?

When a coil is continuously rotated in an uniform magnetic field with its axis perpendicular to the magnetic field , the magnetic field lines passing through the coilchange and an induced current is set up in it.
