let the radii of these cylinder be 'r' and 'R'

and heights be 'h' and 'H'

then, h/H = 1/2

     => h = H/2

a/q ,      22/7*r^2*h = 22/7*R^2*H

       => r^2 * h = R^2 * H

       => r^2 * H/2 = R^2 * H

       => r^2 / R^2 = 2

       => (r/R)^2  = 2

       => r/R = root2
