tank 1

area of cuboid = 2h(l+b)

=2x2(1.5+5)

=4x6.5

= 26.0

1m=100cm

26m=2600cm

2600/5000

= 5.2/10

= 0.52------1 step

tank 2

area of cuboid = 2h(l+b)

= 2x3(1+5)

= 2x3(6)

= 6x6

= 36

1m = 3600cm

3600/5000

= 7.2/10

= 0.72

so the tank 2 required more paint

so the answer is = Tank 2 , 10 more tins
