P(at least one Hd)= 1 -P(no Hds)

P(no Hds) = A(no of outcomes with no heads)/B(Total no. of possible outcomes).

A= 1, as only in one outcome there will 1000 tails for each of the two coins.

B= 2^1000 * 2^1000 = 2^2000. Every time a coin is tossed there are 2 possibilities, and as the tosses are not mutually exclusive events, we multiply.

P(at least one Hd)= 1- 1/2^2000

= 1- (0.5)^2000.
