Two compleentary angles differ by 14 degree.the larger angle is.

Greetings..!

We know, two supplementary angles sum up to make 180°.

Let the one of the angles be x °

Then , the other is x -14°

According to formula,

⇒x + x - 14 = 180

⇒2x = 180 + 14

⇒2x = 194

⇒x = 194/2 = 97°

So, another angle = x - 14 = 97 - 14 = 83°

So, we have x's value = 81°

Answer : Hence, the larger angles is 97°.
