Answer :-

Let a angle be x

Complementary angle = 90 - x

According to the question :-

Complementary angles are in the ratio 2 : 3

So,

\implies\sf x : 90 - x = 2 : 3

\implies\sf \dfrac{x}{90-x} = \dfrac{2}{3}

\implies\sf 3(x) = 2(90 - x)

\implies\sf 3x = 180 - 2x

\implies\sf 3x + 2x = 180

\implies\sf 5x = 180

\implies\sf x = \dfrac{180}{5}

\implies\sf x = 36

Complementary = 90 - x

= 90 - 36

= 54

Complementary angles = 36° and 54°
