Ratio. of the angles = 4 : 5

Let , the angles be 4x and 5x , respectively .

So ,
Acc. to the question ,
4x + 5x = 90
=> 9x = 90
=> x = 10 .

So , 4x = 4 * 10 = 40°
and , 5x = 5 * 10 = 50° .

So , the two complementary angles are 40° and 50° . [ Answer ] .
