Two complementary angles are in the ratio 7:8.Find the angles.

the sum of two angle which is equal to 90 degree.



let the common ratio be x


7x + 8x = 90 °


15 x = 90


x = 6



hence , the angles is


★ 7 × 6 = 42 ★


★ 8 × 6 = 48 ★

let the angle be x.
therefore first angle = 7x
2nd angle = 8x
since sum of complimentary angles is 90 °
therefore,
7x+8x= 90°
15x=90°
=> x = 6
1st angle = 7x= 7×6 = 49°
2nd angle = 8x= 8 ×6 =48°
