Two complementary angles are in the ratio5:4 . Find the angle ? In step and with formula.

Let the ratio become 5x and 4x.
Then,
5x + 4x = 90
9x = 90
X = 90/9
X = 10
So,
5x = 5 * 10 = 50
4x = 4 * 10 = 40

as we know complementary angle is of 90°
so, let the ratio be 5x:4x

5x+4x=90°
9x=90°
x=10°

then

angles
5x=5×10=50°

4x=4×10=40°

to check it

50+40=90
90=90
