let the COMPLIMENTARY angel be X , Y
we know X + Y = 90°
AND
X-Y = 12°
SO X = 12 + Y ........(1)
on putting this value in the above equation
X + Y = 90°
12 + Y + Y =90°
2Y +12 = 90°
Y = 39 °
IF Y = 39°
THEN X = 51°
