sum of two complementary angle is 90°

so ,

let one angle be x and other be x -36

x+x-36=90

2x=90+36=126

x=126/2=63

hence one angle is 63°

and other is 63-36=27°

_____Complemetary Angles_____

Those angles whose sum is equal to 90° are called as Complementary angles.

_______________________________

Let one angle be x°.

So, another angle will be ( 90 - x )°.

Considering, x° > ( 90 - x )°

A.T.Q.

x° - ( 90 - x )° = 36°

x° - 90° + x° = 36°

2x° - 90° = 36°

2x° = 36° + 90°

2x° = 126°

x° = 126°/2

x° = 63°

Now,

Measure of angles :

One angle = x° = 63°

Another angle = ( 90 - x )° = ( 90 - 63 )° = 27°.

Hence, the angle are 63° and 27°.
