If two complementry angles are x and y

x+y= 90

x-y=50

adding both the equations,we get--

2x=140

x=70

=>putting the value of x in (i),we get

x+y=90 => 70+y=90 => y= 20

In a triangle,sum of all angles is equal to 180,we get--

x+y+z=180

20+70+z=180

90+z=180

z=90
