Hola Mate!!

Here's your answer l:-

Let the 1st complementary angle be 5x,
& the 2nd complementary angle be 7x.

Now, 5x + 7x = 90°
=> 12x = 90°
=> x = 90°/12
=> x = 7.5°

Thus, 1st angle = 5 × 7.5 = 37.5°
& 2nd angle = 7 × 7.5 = 52.5°

Hope it helps

Answer: The two complementary angles which are in ratio of 5:7 are 37.5° and 52.5°.

Step-by-step explanation:
In this question it is given that two complementary angles are in the ratio of  5:7

Let the first complementary angle be 5x and the second complementary angle be 7x.

Now from the definition of complementary angles which is when the sum of two angles is equal to 90 degrees we can write
⇒ 5x + 7x = 90°

⇒ 12x = 90°

⇒ x = 90°/12

x = 7.5°

Therefore, the first angle will be = 5x= 5 × 7.5 = 37.5°

and the second angle will be = 7x =  7 × 7.5 = 52.5°

Hence, the two complementary angles which are in ratio of 5:7 are 37.5° and 52.5°.
